24 The Second Wave

A new force of aliens arrive on Earth. These are more deadly than the previous ones and can assume human form without needing to remain in areas of high radiation. They clone Ironhorse who kills Norton and then commits suicide. Harrison and Suzanne team up with John Kincaid and the war continues.

25 No Direction Home

The team set up a new underground bunker. Meanwhile the aliens clone Father Tim, whom they return to his mission where he cares for vagrants. The team investigate when things at the mission go wrong.

26 Doomsday

The aliens block a water main and cause a bad drought to become even worse. They then engineer a series of 'miracles' in a local church before cloning the church leader.

27 Terminal Rock

The aliens clone the leader of a rock group and plant subliminal messages into their music. They also manufacture brain controlling devices which fit into human ears.

28 Breeding Ground

The aliens begin a trend of incubating their young in human beings. The team try to stop this hideous practice.

29 Seft Of Emun

Seft of Emun is a captive held by the Morthren. They dispatch her to collect parts to make power crystals but she complicates the alien plot by falling in love with Harrison.

30 Loving The Alien

Debi runs away and meets a young boy called Ceeto. Unfortunately, Ceeto turns out to be a runaway alien.

31 Night Moves

Suzanne takes Debi to her grandmother's farm to escape the growing civil unrest over food rationing. At the farm Researchers from the Department of Agriculture turn out to be aliens.

32 Synthetic Love

Drug users are being rehabilitated and abducted by the aliens so that their brain tissue can be used for nefarious purposes.

33 The Defector

An alien is disfigured and sentenced to death by his leaders. He runs away and meets with John Kincaid. He tries to persuade Kincaid that all he wants is peace.

34 Time To Reap

Malzor travels through time to 1953 to try and inoculate some aliens against Earth's bacteria. Harrison and Kincaid follow him back through time and try and stop him.

35 The Pied Piper

The first alien child born is sent to a special school after it shows signs of emotional problems. Once at the school, however, the child uses its telepathic powers to influence the other children.

36 The Deadliest Disease

Some of the aliens fall ill with a fatal disease. They need a new piece of technology called a med-cell to save them. However, before they can get it, it is stolen.

37 Path Of Lies

A reporter photographs a gunfight between Harrison, Kincaid and the aliens. The aliens have powerful allies and the photographs are never used.

38 Candle In The Night

Suzanne plans a surprise birthday party for her daughter Debi. Meanwhile, the aliens plan a surprise of their own.

39 Video Messiah

The aliens use a clone of Dr. Van Order to incite violence through the use of subliminal messages broadcast in television adverts.

40 Totally Real

The aliens are killing people using a computer game. At the same time, Harrison and Suzanne develop a drug which allows people to link telepathically.

41 Max

Max, John Kincaids brother was killed by the aliens, and his squad get together to drink to him one year after his death. The aliens took the body and turned him into a cyborg killer who is ordered to kill the rest of his squad especially his brother. After killing the rest of the squad John manages to appeal to his human side and they team up to fight the aliens sent to retrieve their malfunctioning cyborg, but Max is killed.

42 The True Believer

The aliens pose as the team and carry out petty crimes. The team must convince the local authorities it is not them.

43 The Obelisk

Malzor consults the obelisk and decides to release spores killing the planet. Harrison & Suzanne work on an antidote while Kincaid try's to find the distribution sites. Ceeto turns on Malzor taking the obelisk to Debi which reveals how they were drawn to Earth by the first atomic tests, and Malzor leading the second wave for personal revenge, stealing the obelisk and destroying their homeworld betraying them. When the other aliens are shown the truth, Malzor is killed and the war is over.
